Begins on San Remo foreshore south of the pier for a 550m swim across the channel to Newhaven on Phillip Island at ebb tide. Don your shoes at the change station for a 2km run back over the bridge to finish in frontuof a cheering crowd at the San Remo Hotel Motel.
